Nice appartement on a good location

My home is located on the second floor. While the property could use some improvements, it offers several great amenities, including a smart oven, a combo washer/dryer, a large fridge and freezer, a PlayStation 5 with plenty of games, a dishwasher, an air filter, Google Chromecast, and a desk with dual monitors for easy laptop connectivity. The bedroom, though not the most visually appealing, is optimized for sleep quality. The windows are blacked out, perfect for those who love to sleep in, but you can still wake up to the sunrise with the Philips wake-up light. The air filter, while not necessary, ensures the best air quality, especially important in the bedroom where we spend a significant amount of time. The bed can be used as a single bed for easier access to the balcony or expanded to a double bed for more space. There is a small balcony with two chairs. I enjoy feeding the birds, so the property is often visited by some cool birds. I will leave some peanuts behind so you can enjoy bird-watching if you like. The property is situated in the charming Laak neighborhood. Right in front of the property, a convenient tram stop provides quick access to Den Haag Holland Spoor train station (5 minutes), the vibrant city center (10 minutes), and Den Haag Centraal station (25 minutes). Just a 3-minute walk away, another tram line offers a scenic 25-minute ride to The Hague's beautiful beach. From Den Haag Holland Spoor and Den Haag Centraal stations, you can easily reach other important cities in the Netherlands. Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Utrecht, and Leiden are all just a short train ride away, making this location perfect for both local and national travel. You'll also find a variety of restaurants, shops, and parks within a short walking distance, making it an ideal location for both convenience and leisure. The toilet and shower are shared with the neighbor, but I rarely see him, and it's uncommon for him to occupy them when I need to use them (less than once every six months).
