My house is in a great location between the river, beach and across the road from a small park. There are two bedrooms with a queen size bed in each, a bathroom with a shower/bath and toilet and also a downstairs toilet. I've lived here for 15 years so it has that homely feel about it. In the garden there are a couple of bean bags on a rug to laze on under the shade of the little palm tree. Also a seat swing and a table and chairs outside.
