Apartment in Hyères + Coworking space

Our apartment is very pleasant, crossing, calm and spacious, perfect for a stay in all serenity! It's very practical, with 3 bedrooms, a balcony, a loggia, 2 showers and 2 toilets, air conditioning and a secure, closed communal parking lot! The location is ideal: in the heart of the city center, next to the shops, a 10-minute walk from the old town, a 15-minute walk from the train station, and a 15-minute drive from the beach! It should also be possible to provide you with a magnificent closed office in a pleasant, family-run coworking space just a 5-minute walk from the apartment and right in the heart of downtown! --- Welcome to Hyères, the pearl of the Côte d'Azur! Situated between Marseille and Saint-Tropez, Hyères is a town where every street corner evokes the Mediterranean way of life. The town is on a human scale and very pleasant to live in. Just 5/10 minutes away by car are the magnificent beaches of Hyères, including the world-renowned kitesurfing and windsurfing spot of Plage de l'Almanarre. The Giens peninsula and the îles d'Or are ideal diving spots. A paradise for hikers, trail runners and wilderness enthusiasts, with numerous mountains surrounding the town: the Maures massif, the Esterel massif, etc. The Var department, and Provence in general, is one of the richest tourist areas in France in terms of activities and discoveries. And if you're in the mood for big cities, La Garde shopping center is just 10 minutes away by car, and Marseille is 1 hour away. For easy access, there's an airport at Hyeres, a train station and several bus routes. --- We are planning to move to the United States for some weeks up to 2 or 3 months from September or October. Nothing is set and planned yet in terms of calendar but we are investigating the possibility of home exchange. Feel free to contact us to discuss it!
