Private yard in very quiet neighborhood. Wall of windows facing the lake frontage. Walk from the back yard out onto the frozen lake for ice fishing, cross country skiing, or snowshoeing. Wonderfully away from any tourist attractions but within 15 minutes of groomed and ungroomed trails that support tons of activities for the outdoor enthusiast. My favorite cafe is 15 minutes over the border into Canada. Montreal is about 2 hours. Closest town is Newport. Jay Peak is about 45m, Stowe is about an hour and 15 min.
