CENTRAL ITALY - HOUSE BY THE RIVER
I'm waiting for you in Ascoli Piceno, a medieval jewel in central Italy, with art and nature. I live 7 minutes walk from the main square - Piazza del Popolo - For mountain enthusiasts, we are close to 3 national parks (Monti della Laga, Sibillini and Gran Sasso), there are also mountain bike routes.
The apartment has an independent entrance, kitchen, bathroom, all renovated in July. The double mattress is new, no one has ever slept on it. Surrounded by several national parks, sea and mountains 20 minutes away. The house, in rustic style, overlooks the river, I live above the river, so the garden has a beautiful view! In summer there is also a swimming pool and you can go to river and go swimming for freshness summer :)
3 hours from Rome. Nearby airports: Pescara and Ancona.
