Our home is located directly on Collins Avenue and the Miami Beach boardwalk! Step out onto the sand in your backyard and enjoy a dip in the water any day, any time. The building also comes with the heated pool and gym. The apartment is a one bedroom, two bath-with a master bathroom that has Jacuzzi jets in the bathtub, and a balcony that has plenty of space and a partial view of the bay and the ocean, a full-size kitchen, all working amenities, reliable Wi-Fi, and is very peaceful and quiet. Everything is modern and in working condition. We are in the perfect location for you to go out and explore any part of South Beach or North Beach which can be accessible by walking (30 min) biking (20 min) or driving (5-10 min).
