Our home is comfortable and located within a safe, established neighborhood with lots of mature trees, green spaces, a large lake (kayaking, paddle boarding), a swimming pool, tennis & pickleball courts, & friendly neighbors. We are close to grocers, restaurants, shopping, museums, art galleries, breweries (there are about 40 in town!), music, 7 city parks, and hundreds of miles of bike and hiking trails. In the East are the great plains, in the West and 10 minutes away, are the Rocky Mountains with adventure galore, including Lory State Park, Hoorsetooth Reservoir, Rocky Mountain National Park, the Poudre River watershed .... The large Horsetooth Reservoir and Poudre River offer fishing, rafting, camping, & picniking. Old Town Ft. Collins, from the 1800s, is the heart of Ft. Collins and a wonderful place to explore, have dinner, listen to music, and spend time. The Gardens on Spring Creek and their butterfly house are delightful as are the University experimental gardens. Lots of diverse, fun things to do and see as well as lots of coworking spaces and cafes.
