Suburban oasis with a garden near Bratislava city

We bought this house 3 years ago and it was a blank canvas that we made our home. Everything is pretty much new and you can really find a peace of mind here while working from home. This area is called "Black water" and it's full of young families with kids. It's not far from the city centre - you can reach main train station in approx. 20 min and BTS airport in 10 min. Vienna can be reached in 1 hour by car or you can take a train or bus from Bratislava. Our home offers enough space for family with kids or group of friends but it can be also used by an individual or couple (we are also just 2 + dog :)) We have a fully equipped open kitchen together with a living space and electric fireplace with high ceiling and glass wall that separates the terrace from indoors. Apart from the terrace you can find an outdoor sauna in the garden and comfortable seating with an umbrella and grill if you feel like making BBQ. Inside of the house there is 4 rooms, 1 big bathroom and 1 extra toilet. 2 of the rooms are bedrooms with double bed, 1 room is used as "office" with height-adjusting desk, chair and 27" monitor and with sofa, and 1 is a "chill-room" with sofa and elliptical trainer for little workout. In the master bedroom there is a walk-in shower and Samsung OLED TV. If you are coming by car, there is a free parking for up to 3 cars in front of the house and we have a gate that you can control with a remote. As we work a lot from home, the internet connection is stable and fast enough to make Zoom/Teams/GoogleMeet calls all day long while someone else is watching Netflix in another room :)
