We are offering our cozy, 73m² apartment for a home exchange. The layout includes one bedroom, a living room with a dining area, an office/guest room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a bathtub. Instead of a TV, we have a projector for movie nights. Our apartment is filled with a large collection of plants, creating a bit of an urban jungle vibe that makes the space feel both peaceful and alive. Location-wise, we're just a 3-minute walk from the U7 metro station, and there's a bus stop right on our street, making it easy to get around. Please note that the apartment is on the 3rd floor, and there is no elevator in the building. We have wonderful neighbors who are also our friends; if you're ever in need of an egg or a cup of flour on a Sunday, they’ve got you covered. We live with a medium-sized dog and are open to hosting another dog, as long as it’s house-trained and not prone to barking. You'll find plenty of bars, restaurants, and supermarkets within easy walking distance. The apartment itself is decorated in a charming vintage style, with each piece having its own story.
