Huge eastern-facing windows for great morning light (but blackout curtains in the bedroom if you need to sleep in). Queen size bed with a great mattress. Central air and heating. FiOS wifi, FireTV in the living room and a comfy couch to watch it from. Washer-dryer combo in the apartment. Deep soaking bathtub.
The area is great: A bit east of the most lively parts of Bushwick, but right on the L line so they're very accessible. Two blocks from the popular outdoor dance club Nowadays, and great tacos and brunch are two blocks in the other direction.
