This cozy one-bedroom apartment is perfect for short or long stays. It offers an open-plan area that serves as a living room and kitchen, that includes a sofa bed (sleeps 2), a balcony overlooking the main street, offering a view of the canal, the astronomical observatory, and the city walls. The kitchen is fully equipped, including an oven (no microwave). Besides this, there's a bedroom featuring a double bed (two single mattresses), a spacious wardrobe, and a desk with an ergonomic chair—ideal for remote work. The bathroom has a balcony and it includes a shower. There's also a small laundry room with a washing machine. The amenities include WiFi, a small screen, washing machine, bed linens, towels, toiletries, storage space, and air conditioning (note: the AC drains water into a container). The location is great: just steps away from the "Parco dei cigni", the canal, the astronomical observatory "Specola", and a supermarket. The city center is a 20-minute walk away.
