Stuy Town is a cute hidden gem strategically located near many of New York's best neighborhoods. It has easy access to the train, a fantastic public park in the center, a great community, and quiet evenings with little noise or distraction from the rest of the chaos of the city. No major house rules besides just keeping things clean. There are quiet hours that start at 11 and end at 8, but nothing too serious.
