We’ve been watching the number grow for months, and now it’s official: Swaphouse members have listed homes in more than 100 countries around the world!

The newest additions that helped us reach this milestone are:

• 🇲🇶 Martinique
• 🇹🇿 Tanzania

This month, we are also introducing two useful updates that make planning and managing your swaps easier.

Plan your swaps together 👥

Travelling with a partner, family member, or friend? You can now invite them to become a co-host of your home.

You will each have your own Swaphouse account, while sharing access to the same listing. Both of you can browse homes, like and match, chat with other members, and arrange swaps together. No shared login needed.

Update your availability anytime 🗓️

Travel plans can change, so we have made it easier to keep your availability up to date.

You can now edit your travel dates, preferred swap duration, and preferred destinations directly. There is no need to remove your availability and start again.
