How to Match and Swap Homes on Swaphouse

You don't just book a home swap on Swaphouse — you match for one.

And this is how it works.

Once you've listed your home on the platform, you can start swiping through other homes and heart the ones you would consider swapping with someday. You can pass on the rest.

When someone likes your home back, you have a match.

But a match is not a commitment to swap. It simply means there's a real, genuine home out there where the owner is also open to swapping with you when the timing is right.

It's like building a travel bucket list that has already said: “Yes, we'd be open to swapping with you at some point.”

From there, you can filter your matches by availability, start chatting, and plan a swap whenever the time feels right.
