Modern and cosy traditional house

Our home is over 100 years old but we have renovated it to a modern space. The local park is around 5 minutes away, and the local town is around a 15 minute walk. Good bus routes close to Burton-upon-Trent and Derby. Around one hour train ride from Nottingham and Birmingham, around an HR and a half train journey to London. Our home is on a quiet street with 5 other houses. We have a long garden and a cabin and projector at the end of the garden. We have a hot tub as well. There are loads of lovely walks, and nice pubs around. However it's always nice coming back and relaxing in the house. Our house is modern and sleek, but still feels very homely.
