The House A supremely cozy 1-bedroom apartment with a separate upstairs workspace. With a huge balcony that gets sun all day. I've spent a long time thinking through and making this house the most delightful home, and I know you will love it too. My library has a huge selection of books you can borrow, my TV has Netflix, Apple TV, and Prime. I've got a Sonos so you can play your music. I work from home so you're set for that too. I've got an upstairs dedicated workspace. It's in a kind of attic two floors up from the main apartment. Really nice if you're traveling as a duo and want to have a place for both of you to work, or if you just like to work in style. It's a beautiful sunny space equipped with a monitor, sit/stand electric desk, printer, and Herman Miller chair. The Neighborhood My place is in one of the 'cool neighborhoods' of Amsterdam that tourists rarely find but locals adore, called "Amsterdam Oost". You're literally steps away from amazing restaurants, amenities, shops, and parks. For example, within a 2 minute walk, there's a public pool, a Michelin-star restaurant, an amazing yoga studio, a public library, a park that houses a weekly farmer's market, and a shopping center. It's extremely walkable, but it's also on the tram line and close to the metro, so you can get to all the things the heart of the city has to offer in 10 minutes - or you can borrow my bike and do it like a local!
