The house has a great garden and 5 rooms plus basement. It has a big living room with an open kitchen. There is a big sleeping room and a children's room, each of them equipped with a double bed. A fully equipped working room is also available. There are 2 parking lots, one of them in a garage. Free Wifi is included, of course. Playgrounds, a river and a lake are within 10 min by feet as well as the S-Bahn to get to Munich quickly.
