The XL dining table offers plenty of seating. Both upstairs bedrooms (king & queen) have desks and monitors and the WIFI is excellent. Downstairs are 2 more bedrooms. All rooms have TVs except the bunk room. The game room has another pull-out sofa, TV, ping pong table, huge bean bag, & board games. In the back yard is a wagon and a deck box stocked full of beach chairs, umbrella, tubes, and sand toys, as well as lots of yard games, snow tubes and sleds! You'll love having the new hot tub & fire pit, especially at night! Kids always love the swings and especially the play net hung in the trees.
