Welcome to our serene retreat located on a charming 20th-century farm in Solsona, Catalonia. Just 120 km (1 hour and 20 minutes) from Barcelona, this spot offers a pure Mediterranean lifestyle, harmoniously blending with the surroundings. Once a design studio, it exudes a bohemian charm and understated elegance. This studio is our second home, located next to our main house, which is why we have so much availability. Additionally, we manage a coworking space in Solsona, 8 km away, called Espai 25, where we welcome professionals from all over the world. Nestled amidst golden wheat fields and in perfect harmony with nature and the mountains, this is the ideal place to disconnect from daily life and reconnect with yourself. Our cozy creative refuge is just 8 km from Solsona, surrounded by the breathtaking nature of Solsonès. The open space is filled with natural light, featuring wooden ceilings and ample room to breathe and relax. It is well-equipped with a small kitchen that has everything you need for cooking, a bathroom with a shower, and an open space with air conditioning and heating. There is a double bed and a sofa bed for two, making it perfect for 2-4 people, ideal for a couple or a couple with a child. For music lovers, there's a red piano that adds a unique touch to the space. As a designer, I have transformed my former design studio into this beautiful loft-style retreat, combining creativity and comfort. Since this is not our primary residence, we request a final cleaning fee of $70 to ensure the home is left as it was found. We hope you understand. Our peaceful hideaway is conveniently located just an hour and a half from Barcelona, providing the perfect balance between mountain and beach experiences. Within less than two hours, you can reach the beautiful Mediterranean beaches, and in an hour and a half, you can find yourself in the stunning landscapes of Andorra. Situated in the heart of the pre-Pyrenees, our location offers endless opportunities for nature lovers and adventurers alike. Solsona, a charming city just 8 km away, boasts a rich history with its well-preserved old town and impressive architecture.
