The building is a 1 minute walk to Vondelpark and the neighbourhood is full of great restaurants, bars, art-house cinema, craft markets and the Foodhallen selling gourmet street food every day. Directly outside the building is a tram stop which takes you to Amsterdam Central in 10 minutes and there is a supermarket 50 metres from the building
