Single storey twin house with garden in community

High school friends came together and built houses in the co-op complex that they would live in when they were older. Over time, other friends also join to share in this dream. It is in Seferihisar/izmir/Türkiye. My house is single storey twin house with garden in a community. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one livingroom with kitchen and 2 terraces. There are social facility, indoor and outdoor swimming pool, 3 hobby rooms, pilates classes, community organizes weekly movie nights, weekly side dish potluck with purchased main dish, sundays potluck breakfast in social facility. Community has thousents threes most of them are olive threes and fruit trees. Olive oil is produced from olive trees. Small area of grapes are produced for wine. City Hospital, city center, marketplace is in 3-4 minutes ride. Several public beaches are in 10-15 minutes ride. The most populer surfing region Alacati/izmir is in one hour ride. There are some historical places to visit: Ephesus Ancient City in 70min ride.
