Evergreen Colorado Mountain Home

We hope you can come enjoy our little slice of heaven here in idyllic Evergreen, Colorado. Lots of wildlife here and we regularly have elk, dear and foxes roaming through our property and town. We are 10 minutes from downtown Evergreen and also from Evergreen Lake where you can paddleboard in the summer and ice-skate in the winter. Fishing is year-round. Hiking trails are in just about every direction. About 15 minutes down the hill is the famous Red Rocks Park and Amphitheatre. Here you can see all your favorite bands from May through November https://www.redrocksonline.com/ Our home is perched on a hillside at 7000ft in the Sunset Ridge neighborhood. It sits high above the Kittredge General Store and Gas Station. Our neighborhood association keeps the roads plowed throughout the winter, so access is not a problem. (If we get a big dump, you may however need to shovel our driveway and we have the tools to take care of that including a blower). We have views of Mt. Blue Sky from our living room deck and all kitchen windows and have a southern exposure and the home is bright and well-lit throughout the year. Well, these are all the things that make our home special. Evergreen is a sweet little town to enjoy year-round.
