We have a townhouse-style condo located near a main corridor (highway 99) in the city of Tigard, a suburb of Portland. 2 large bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. 1-car garage. About 1050 sq ft of usable space.
Our home is located about 20-minutes drive (when traffic is lighter) from downtown Portland. There is also a bus stop within a 3-minute walk of the home. The bus to downtown Portland is about 40-minutes ride. We're located on a hill that's relatively quiet, but still accessible. You can walk to a few stores in about 10-15 minutes. There is also a small park that is within 10 minutes walk.
You'll also be about 30-minutes drive from the wine-region of Yamhill, about 1.5 hours drive from the Oregon coast, about 1.5 hours drive from skii-able mountains (Mt Hood), and more.
Please note that we have one small bedroom that will be locked off-limits because it is used for storage.
