Cozy Berlin flat in historic city center

--- Primarily I am looking for reciprocal, longer (min 10 days) exchanges with countryside/small town homes ---- Small and cozy, perfect for singles or couple. Located on the ground floor (thus not a lot of direct sunlight, but it stays cool in summer and I have a lot of lovely lighting) in the backyard, therefore no street noises. Looks out into a communal garden that you are welcome to spend time in (i take my morning coffee there). The living room is the heart of my flat - the pullout couch is great for movie nights and if you move the table there's space for two yoga mats for home practice. Lots of green plants. The kitchen is small but packed with every thing I like - gas stove, air fryer, coffee grinder etc. I love ceramics and I hope you enjoy the nice mugs as much as I do. I partially work from home so I divided my bedroom into a workspace and sleep space (a pretty Japanese room divider makes sure I can't see the desk from the bed). You can use my monitor, speakers and cable high speed internet.
