Fun Capitol Hill 1 Bedroom, Great Patio

I live and work in a really cute 725 sq ft 1 Bedroom condo in Capitol Hill, right between fun areas on Broadway and 15th Ave E, and a 10 minute walk from the even more bustling area of Pike/Pine, but far enough away to have a quiet place to work and sleep. Light rail about a 10 minute walk as well. Lots of open space in the living room/kitchen, wrap-around patio with views of the Space Needle and Olympic Mountains, cute plants, great standing/sitting desk to work. Washer/dryer in the unit, parking spot if you need it. Skiing and hiking are very close, as close as 30-60 minutes drive away, as are Snoqualmie Falls and Mt Rainier Park. Canada border is about 90 minutes away, Portland a 3 hour drive. Happy to chat, answer any questions, facetime to show you around.
