Cosy nest in the heart of Bologna

My house is a tiny one-bedroom apartment on two floors where I have been living for 14 years, it's not a fancy place but it's very cosy, it has got everything you need, and more, including a super internet connection and a land line (which is ideal if you work from remote like I do). I guess the builing is more than 100 years old so walls are not all perfectly square. Bedroom, toilet and shower are upstairs with drawers and wardrobes; kitchen and living room are downstairs, with a sofa (which turns into a bed), washing machine, fridge+freezer, boiler for heating and hot water, turnatables, a nice collection of graphic novels and memorabilia from my travels. No washing machine, no dryer, no air conditioning. The working spake is a tiny sofa table that I use sitting on an inflatable exercise ball (excellent against back problems), on the sofa, on the armchair or at the kitchen table. PLEASE NOTE: I can accept up to two adults guests (no children). I will not consider exchanges on behlaf of other people (like your son/daughter studying in Bologna). You can smoke on the lower floor only, provided you keep the window open for a while. Do not smoke on the upper floor. Do not use shoes on the staircase and on the upper floor. I request all my male guests to sit on the loo to pee.
