Charming apartment steps from Belvedere

Steps away from Belvedere Palace, our apartment has been newly renovated to be at its coziest and lies in the beautiful third district of Vienna: a short walk from the lively city center in a quiet neighborhood near several green areas. One bedroom with lots of blankets and pillows to cuddle up with the sun shining in (and a work desk and ergonomic chair for those digital nomads). One bathroom with a modern shower with fantastic water pressure and a bathtub, and a separate toilet. One bright open-concept kitchen that gives to the living room and is fully equipped (including an espresso coffeemaker), since we are foodies who love to cook and host our friends. Also, a comfy couch, a dining room table and a second workstation for home office. One balcony on which to have your morning coffee overlooking the spacious green inner courtyard from the 4th floor (we have an elevator). Since we live in a community, you will also get to enjoy the common areas: a lush garden, a sauna, a rooftop terrace on which to welcome the new year! The apartment is very well connected to public transport: within a 5 minute-walk you have bus, tram, subway to get you to the city center in no time, and even the train that gets you directly to the airport. It is the perfect spot to explore all the tourist attractions and also soak in the true Viennese life!
