A rural but functional and very confortable 2 stores house On the ground floor you have the living room and fully furnished kitchen with has direct acess to the outside eating space On the ground floor you have the 1bedroom with a big couples bed and a bathroom We can put up to 2 extra beds either on the bedroom or living room - perfect for kids or smaller people It’s located inside a 3000m2 property with swimingpool ,parking for cars and kids area. the property amenities are shared with another house inside the property There is a private garden are for you with outside eating space and BBQ just for the use of the house The area is inside a small vilage and you have beautiful hikes around as well as waterfalls and the best river beach from Portugal at Paredes de Coura Paredes de coura -the main vilage close by - is only 10min drive away where you have bigger supermarkets and stores with all you might need but you hjave small mmarket and grocery shops closeby (2min drive or less) Closes ocean beach - Moledo and Caminha wich are amazing and gorgeous are only 25/30min drive away Spain and Valença is only 15minb drive Ponte de Lima and VN Cerveira is only 16 min drive Porto and the closest airport are 55min away Please notice you need your own car to arrive as public transport is not the best
