Looking for a cozy and convenient place to call home? Our home is located in the vibrant Gràcia barrio in Barcelona, renowned for its boutique stores and charming independent local bars. On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious living room that flows seamlessly into a fully furnished kitchen equipped with modern appliances, including an air fryer. Upstairs, the quiet and private bedroom features a large wardrobe that spans most of the wall. Outside, there's a lovely terrace where we enjoy a glass of wine with friends. On warmer days, we hang a hammock in the shade of palm trees and relax. For convenience, the nearest Lidl is just a 6-minute walk away, the local butcher is 2 minutes, and the closest bar is 3 minutes from the flat.
