Beautiful house with two double bedrooms and a dressing room, a big kitchen, living room, a big garden and a pool. You need a car or a scooter, we cannot leave ours due to insurance policy.
We only exchange the ground floor with access to everything. The first floor is our bedroom in suite, which we close when we exchange. Therefore, I would say the best fit would be a couple, but if you have a kid that can stay on the sofa, you are welcome together. Just note the house is not “child-proof”. We have a dog which will not stay with you, but you can bring your own, as long as is well behaved.
The house is 15 min driving from Sitges center or beach, 15 min from Vilanova, 35 min from Barcelona airport, 45 min to Barcelona center. There is a bus going to Bcn from Sant Pere de Ribes (10 min away) or the train from Sitges. However, you still need a car or scooter to go there.
