Sunny terrace, close to boutique restaurants

Please note: we're looking for longer exchange only, 1 month+ only. Just around the corner of the famous daily market "Dappermarkt" and close to really nice boutique diners and bars. A true city apartment where we've been living for 10 years already, with lots of love. You've probably seen our love for plants and tropical vibes. Oh, and there's a jacuzzi in the bathroom. Plus a huge Weber grill. The BBQ is gas operated, so it's ready to go within 5-10 minutes without any hassle. As a result, neighbours often see us grilling aubergine, zucchini, corn and fresh fish from the local market, even on cold winter evenings. The spacious and sunny terrace - around 15m2 - is accessible from both the living and the kitchen. It has been redone with even more plants, nice tree bark privacy shield and automated irrigation system. New photos coming soon. The jacuzzi in the bathroom fits 2 people. Although a bit noisy, we find it a really relaxing way of ending the week with a nice warm bath, pizza and wine. Up to you if you turn on the jets or go for a serene and romantic bath night. Candles available. And the lamps are controlled via WiFi, so easily dimmable. We'll be happy to get you going in the neighbourhood and experience it as a true local. Buy your food at the local organic supermarket. Rent a boat and cruise the canals for an afternoon. Visit some of the best museums that Amsterdam has to offer. Oh, and of course a good cup of coffee (4.8 in Maps) is just around the corner in the "Oosterpark". Do you already see yourself living here for a month?
