What you will love about this neighborhood
This beautiful traditional-style villa is situated in Mouans-Sartoux, a modernized Medieval village located on the flatlands between Grasse and Cannes. Mouans-Sartoux is a commune in the Alpes-Maritimes department in southeastern France.
Once a small village of local farmers with an economy based on vines, olives and later jasmine and rose for the perfume manufacturers in Grasse, the roads in and out of Mouans-Sartoux still bear witness to the earlier presence of farming. However, the proximity to the expanding economies of the coast and of Sophia Antipolis, the construction of the Pénétrante connecting Cannes to Grasse, and more recently, the presence of a re-activated railway that links to Cannes, Nice and beyond have given the town a new, bustling and even cosmopolitan destiny, with housing prices soaring in recent years.
The villa accommodates 12 guests in 6 spacious bedrooms decorated with traditional elements that respect the environment and the area's charm. The villa's exterior is a vast terrace with a private swimming pool surrounded by nature and trees.
Ample spaces with natural light from the outside characterize the living area. Guests can enjoy a glass of wine while relaxing on the big sofas and enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the outside gardens in front of the fireplace. Guests can prepare delicious meals in the large, Fully equipped kitchen with plenty of space to experiment with their culinary taste.

Transportation / Surroundings
There is only a 20 min drive to the beach, and in the village, there is a convenient and reliable train (TER), that is in 10 min in Cannes, and continues to Antibes, Nice. You can do shopping by foot, it is a 10 min walk, and if you have a car, you are very quickly in Grasse, Valbonne, and other famous villages.
Details on transportation: air, road, by foot:
You can fly in at Nice. The good thing is that except in high-season the two-way tickets with EasyJet to Nice are 60$ per person from many other European cities.
At Nice airport, there is a small city train, that goes either to station Nice-St.Augustin, to Nice central station, or any place in the city center. Very recommended. From there, there is the TER, a train going from Nice to Antibes, Cannes, and then directly our village Mouans-Sartoux (and after another 10min you are in Grasse). This train is very reliable, unlike the local buses.
From Mouans-Sartoux, it is a 10min Uber ride to our house. For car rental, I recommend Turo, who has oferings, starting at 30$ per day.
If you just want to walk, enjoy, discover, you can be without car. There is a SuperU with huge choice, a very fancy patisserie, and a traditional restaurant, that serves coffee from 6am and lunch menu 4 courses including beverages for 20Euro, all of that a 10min walk. Walking down and up to the village is 35min, and very healthy! Walking along an old Roman water channel to Grass is 2 hours, even more healthy.
