On the right side of the Seine, we leave close to Gare du Nord with a real life in the around area. Never far from all Paris points of interest. By foot, Montmartre, République are 10min away, You'll need 20min walk to go to Opera and 25min to Les Halles.
You can also walk to the left side of the Seine and reach it in 30min.
Of course all these destination can be easily reached by bus or subway.
