It's a nice 3 bedroom apartment, although one of them we use as storage/closet. But it is well ventilated, new, with a minimalistic style. Very clean and tidy. Also, you have a wonderful rooftop, with sauna, swimmimg pool, jacuzzi, gym and places for parties and leasure. Not far from beaches, mountains for hiking, shopping centers and Florianopolis downtown. Florianopolis is the capital of the state of Santa Catarina. Nowadays, it is sort of a cosmopolitan city too, with people from different nationalities, although certainly much less than Amsterdam. You might find lots of beaches to visit on the island (42), waterfalls, trekking paths and groups of people who practice yoga, biodancing, canoeing, beachtenis and all sort of therapies. Also it is a good place for surfing. Winter is mild in general and we can give suppliers of organic food that delivery good stuff at your house for a good price. It is considered a fairly safe place and our experience is just great. As I am married to a Dutch guy, I would very much like to spend some time in the Netherlands and it would be great to swap houses with some family. Looking forward to make it happen in 2025!
