It's a nice 3 bedroom apartment, although one of them we use as storage/closet. But it is very well ventilated, with a minimalistic style. We moved in recently, so it is still on the way to get cosy and comfortable. Also, you have a wonderful rooftop, with sauna, swimmimg pool, jacuzzi, gym and places for parties and leisure. Florianopolis is an island, the capital of the state of Santa Catarina. Nowadays, it is sort of a cosmopolitan city too, with people from different nationalities. You might find lots of beaches to visit on the island (42), waterfalls, trekking paths and groups of people who practice yoga, biodancing, canoeing, beach tenis and all sort of therapies. Also it is a good place for surfing. Winter is mild in general and we can give suppliers of organic food that delivery good stuff at your house for a good price. It is considered a fairly safe place and our experience is just great. As I am married to a Dutch guy, I would very much like to spend some time abroad, working from home. Let's find a good "match"!
