Ashdown Forest Retreat

Our home lies in the heart of Winnie the Pooh country. A three double bedroom detached house in the heart of the National Park of Ashdown Forest, East Sussex. With miles of hiking on your doorstep. We have fibre broadband direct to the house for super fast reliable speeds. With a dedicated home office as well as kitchen and dining room tables and desks in all bedrooms. We have woods and a stream at the end of our garden, very peaceful and silent at night. The local village with pub, church and playground is a 15 minute walk away. Electric car hook up and plenty of local amenities nearby (10 min drive) including award winning pubs, restaurants, cinema, shops, art and pottery courses, yoga, gym. Whist the beach and South Downs national park is 35 mins drive away. We’re near beautiful places to visit including Glyndebourne Opera House and Lewes. Train stations are 10-20 minutes drive away and go to London and Brighton in under 1 hour. Gatwick Airport is a 40min drive. We also have two resident cats, who love to spend their time roaming the forest at night or sunbathing during the day.
