Welcome to sunny Salento, southern Apulia! The house consists of a main ground floor of 20 square metres with an open space living room and well furnished kitchenette and an upper level of 16 square metres with full bedroom and toilet. Ideal for a sigle or a couple. Total square metres 36. The studio is located in the heart of the beautiful old town of Nardò. It's a typical house of the 16th century, recently renovated and, even if small , equipped with all the needed comforts such as air conditioning, washing machine, sofa bed for guests, a well performative WiFi and a nice working space. The location is great, 6km from the beaches of Santa Caterina and Santa Maria and the natural park of Porto Selvaggio, in the middle of the main attractions of the area. There are summer busses from June that connect the city to the seaside and the bus stop it's just 5 min walking. We will provide you with 1 or 2 bikes if needed, there is a cycling line direct to the seaside, and with a pick up from the main city nearby, Lecce ,easily reachable by shuttle bus from Brindisi airport.
