Historic apartment right in the middle of Manchester city centre!
Chepstow House was completed in 1874. Formerly owned by Samuel Mendel (the ‘Mercant Prince’ of Manchester) the building was converted to apartments in 1991. It is located next to the Bridgewater Hall and the Peveril of the Peak pub which dates back to the early 19th century.
The apartment is within walking distance to all theatres, the main shopping areas, Manchester University, 100s of bars and restaurants, and is also just a 10 min drive to both Manchester United and Manchester City stadiums.
Manchester is famous for its people, its music and its sport and you’ll find plenty to do here, especially if your interests lie in these areas!
The apartment itself is a two bedroom, two bathroom space, with high ceilings and high windows. It is decorated simply with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Utilities like broadband internet, television, and heating are all included as well as a workspace with WfH resources including a monitor and printer. There is also a car park space with the apartment if required.
