This is a family home but can used for large groups traveling together. Technically there is a separate apartment on the 2nd and 3rd floors with a small non plumbed sink and kitchenette, conductive cooktop, microwave, air fryer, toaster, coffee/espresso, tea kettle, full size refrigerator/freezer, dining set for 4, and utensils to cook a full meal. Large primary bedroom with shower and private bathroom, washer dryer. We provide towels, sheets and bedding. 1st floor living room was converted to a bedroom and dining room is now the living room. Adjacent is the fully equipped chefs kitchen; Large fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, sink, garbage disposal, and dishwasher, with granite countertops. First floor bathroom is a wet room with 4’ soaking tub, rain shower surrounded in glass. Pool deck is housing the 36’ above ground pool. Deck chairs and loungers, bbq grill with utensils and a pergola for shade while grilling. The backyard is approximately 0.5 acres of fenced in green space to play and grow veggies. One car off street but our home is in a dead end and no one cares if you park there.
