Green oasis 15 minutes from Seattle

Our 1 story, open plan 2 bedroom (plus studio) home is a peaceful compound in an oasis of green. It's nestled up against a green belt and features a large backyard with multiple decks, and a heated small dance studio/office that doubles as a 3rd bedroom with a queen size Murphy bed. We have a wood stove inside for cozy winters and a fire pit outdoors for summer parties (yard lights too). Wildlife drop by to visit (deer, raccoons, occasional bobcat, birds, rabbits, etc). Even though it feels like a remote getaway, we are situated 5 minutes from the freeway and it's only a 25 minute drive up to the mountains, or a 10 minute drive into downtown Seattle. There is a shopping area 3 minutes down the hill with restaurants, grocery stores, clothing shops, etc. It's seclusion and nature combined with convenience. A rare gem.
