Peaceful Sun Drenched Artist Loft in East Pilsen

I'm a Chicago-based photographer- nonsmoker, community focused way of living, mindful and gentle soul. I also practice yoga and movement/meditation ritually, very tidy and appreciates organization and ease/minimalism. I live in Pilsen- a beautiful neighborhood grounded in Latinx culture, midtown surrounded by lots of art, galleries, coffee shops, right down the street from a community bookstore, park, and easy access to the entire city via public transit, bike rentals or walking. Apt has lots of space, yoga mats, two bathrooms, a soaking tub, amazing natural light, king bedroom with an attached outdoor deck, and classic Chicago charm. Building has landmark status- built in 1884. The apartment can comfortably house 2-3 people with a king bed and a couch. The double bathroom creates ease in a small group with timing and getting ready. Kitchen is fully equipped to make meals at home, including a stove top gas range, oven, microwave, toaster, blender and pour over coffee maker. Please handle the coffee accessories and dishes with care please - they are secondhand treasures I've collected over time and use with a tender touch. Please just be mindful of the space and delicate with handling fixtures, slamming doors, etc. No smoking in the apt please. I have sinus issues. There are several outdoor spaces around the building to smoke if you wish to do so. Looking for tender hearts who will enjoy the space and treat it like its their own. It's a very special space in my hometown and would love to share it with aligned souls.
