Adorable Georgetown home!

An adorable, comfortable, cosy, and kitted-out house in the best part of DC: Georgetown. It's a three-story, 1 bedroom house, with a small but beautiful yard surrounded by tall trees. It is one block away from the main shopping street in Georgetown (M street) which has lots of bars, famous stores, cafes, and amazing restaurants. The Georgetown canal and waterfront are only a few blocks away and beautiful at day and night. The area is beautiful and very well kept by the neighbors, attracting tourists from around the world (you'll often find people taking selfies in the street). The yard is surrounded by beautiful trees and includes a barbecue and outdoor table/chair set (though watch out for mosquitoes in the summer!). The house is a smart-home, with Alexa controlling the AC/heat, all of the lights, blinds, and a large projector screen in the living room which comes down (accompanied by a powerful 5.1 speaker system). The office has two standing desks and three monitors for efficient working. The wifi is a 1 gigabit upload/download line so is blisteringly fast and reliable. It comes complete with a washer/dryer and a galley kitchen with everything you'll need. The bed is an Eightsleep so the temperature can be controlled. All in all, it's a perfect base to visit DC and I can't wait for you to see it!
