We offer a beautiful, light-filled penthouse in a quiet, scenic area directly on the beach. Enjoy breathtaking sea views and a refreshing coastal breeze that makes the sun comfortable. 🛏️ The Space • 4 bedrooms (sleeps up to 8): ○ 2 rooms with double beds (2mx2m, 1.8mx2m) ○ 1 room with a king-size bed ○ 1 room with two single beds • 2 full bathrooms • Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, Dolce Gusto & Italian coffee machine (cafetera), and washing machine • Spacious terrace with sun all day, a comfortable lounge sofa, a dining table, and bar chairs – perfect for sunbathing, relaxing, or enjoying meals with a view • Shaded balcony with a large dining table and a cozy couch for cooling down • Two TVs and multiple workspaces 💻 Remote Work Friendly All rooms and the balcony have stable, high-speed internet suitable for video calls and remote work. We also have a UPS (uninterruptible power supply) for the Wi-Fi to ensure uninterrupted work during power outages. Workspace Options: • Two rooms have small foldable desks with chairs – suitable for meetings and daily work (tested and used regularly) • Large kitchen table seats 4 for laptop work • Balcony setup for up to 4 people, with a retractable sunshade to reduce glare • A large standing desk with a big screen is available on request (normally stored away in summer months). The area is peaceful and surrounded by nature, yet close to all essential amenities (grocery stores, restaurants, etc.). • Just a short drive from vibrant Valencia • Alfafar shopping district with major malls and excellent Mediterranean, Asian, American, and Swedish dining options is 20 minutes away • Nearest gym (Devesa Garden) is a 5-minute drive or accessible via bus 🚌 Bus 25 to/from Valencia stops right in front of the complex 🚕 Taxi to the airport costs around €50; or take Metro to Colón + Bus 25 🚭 Smoking & Pets • Smoking is allowed on the terrace and balcony, but strictly not inside • Pets are not accepted, unless non-shedding, hypoallergenic breeds ○ In such cases, a €100 cleaning fee applies due to severe allergies ○ This also applies to service/support animals ℹ️ Additional Info • Not available in July and August • Standard cleaning fee (depending on the amount of people): €100 -175 (paid directly to our cleaner) - BUT preferably, we find other solutions (e.g. you organize cleaning for your space and we organize cleaning for our space) Pet cleaning fee (if applicable): €100
