Hyde Park Apartment for Solo Fem/Queer Traveler

Hi! I'm looking to swap my peaceful one-bedroom apartment in Hyde Park for July and/or August. This is located in Central Austin, a short bus ride from the UT campus. It's a mixed neighborhood of grad students, families, and hipsters like myself. :D You’ll be walking distance from a neighborhood pool (free admission), a bookstore, many cafes, a park, and several grocery stores. It's a 10-20 minute drive from most of the cultural hubs in Austin. Fully furnished, with a piano!! I promise to leave you some closet space. (: The apartment is on the second floor and only accessible by stairs. I think it was built before ADA was law, so apologies on the lack of accessibility. :( It's a quiet building. I occasionally hear a little pattering from my neighbors, but honestly I'm probably the loudest person with my instruments. If you're looking for a quiet nest, this is the place. The laundry room is two doors down, with two washers and two dryers at $2 per wash/dry. They take card. The whole setup is pretty convenient. You also have your own parking spot, on top of ample street parking. Sadly, no pets allowed. (Some neighbors break this rule, but I'm not willing.) I don't have a TV. Sorry! Go to a show or one of the bajillion fun events happening in Austin every weekend! Also, if you happen to be a ceramicist, you're totally welcome to use my wheel while you're here.
