Charming House in Felanitx – Close to Mallorca’s Best Beaches Welcome to my lovely home in the heart of Felanitx, Mallorca. On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious and bright living room, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the island. The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for cooking local meals and enjoying time with friends or family. Down the stairs, there are two bathrooms—one with a walk-in shower—offering convenience and comfort during your stay. Continue downstairs to find two cozy double bedrooms with comfortable beds and peaceful surroundings, perfect for a restful night. The house is just a 15-minute drive from some of Mallorca’s most stunning beaches, 35 minutes from the airport, and 40 minutes from Palma. It’s the perfect base to discover the island while enjoying the charm and calm of a traditional Mallorcan town. My home is always available since it’s a second residence. I’m looking to swap with someone who has some flexibility to travel, as my availability depends on flight schedules and work commitments. I’m open to planning in advance to make things work for both sides.
