The place is located on Rambla de Catalunya (not Rambla) which objectively is the best area of Barcelona. Full of cute coffee shops, best restaurants, wine bars and shopping possibilities are on the door step.
Best part that its still not noisy as the road infront is pretty much a pedestrian street where cars need to go very slow, so you can open the windows and not worry about the traffic noises.
Our home is very bright, with large windows, has Aircon( for the hot days) and a lot of plants :)
