We are located in a small and quiet area in Tirol, Austria.
We live close to mountains, lakes, nature and great skiareas. So if you are an outdoor person, you will find a lot to do during summertime and wintertime.
The next city is called Schwaz and is about 10 minutes with the car. Innsbruck, the capital city of Tirol, is about 40 minutes with the car.
You will need a car to go around because public transportation is not good on the country side. But there is a train station nearby (10 minutes drive) with a park and ride. From there you can easily go to Innsbruck or other city in Austria. Munich is 1.5 hours away.
Our home is in a nice an quiet neighborhood. Perfect if you want to have it calm and relaxed.
Our house has a big well equipped Kitchen, a terrace with a amazing view, a small garden, a homeoffice, a Sauna and a fitnessroom. It is cozy and also suitable for families.
