Wooden Queenslander high set house

My house is a small house therefor not enough space for children nor pets, although I have an old Jack Russell and I might need you to take her to the beach at least once a day, she loves the beach. Smoking, party, drunk and drugs are strongly prohibited, Always clean every time you use anything. This is a beautiful neighbourhood where everyone know each other and willing to help at anytime. We have a small garden with herbs and trees, in dry weather I need you to water the garden (mostly the herbs). I do a deep cleaning once a week, to clean the house thoroughly such as scrub the toilet and hand basin, change bedlinen, dusting, sweep and mop.
