Our home is part granite barn conversion part modern extension. We have completely renovated the whole place finishing in 2023.
It’s a beautiful space with 3 bedrooms, a large living room, kitchen diner, gym, utility room, and 2 bathrooms. There is parking for up to 4 cars, an electric charger and a private garden. In the garden is a home office with a wired, fast internet connection.
We live a 10 minute walk across a field to Sennen Beach and just over a mile from Lands End.
The village has a school, local shop, 2 pubs, a bar/restaurant, 2 fish and chip shops and some cafes.
We’re about 15 minutes from Penzance, the nearest town which has a direct train to London.
