Lovely Los Feliz 🌴 Walk to the mountains! ⛰️

Our gorgeous 2 bedroom townhouse is in the walkable, most sought after neighborhood in LA, Los Feliz near Griffith Park. There's a parking spot for you but you can walk to almost everything! It's like a small town in the big city. Hiking, cafes, bars, restaurants, coffee shops, metaphysical stores, movie theaters, book store, post office, yoga studios, the library! Los Feliz translates to "the happy" and it really is a happy place to be. Enjoy the view of Griffith Observatory from the upstairs balconies. We hike straight from our door to the mountains! Our townhouse is private, retreat-like, in a quiet neighborhood where you can hear the owls hooting at night. Come work, relax, play! The first bedroom has a hotel worthy king sized bed. The second room works as an office but can be transformed into a guest room with a pull out bed, that is a very comfortable full sized bed. I've slept on it myself, it's great! Dishwasher, laundry in the building (not in unit), Central AC/Heating, Parking, fully equipped kitchen and media center. I would love to discuss swapping so hope we can align to enjoy each others homes. The ocean is accessible by transit, Uber/Lyft, or driving.
