What you will love about my home / your room in Munich? Hi there! My home is in the heart of Munich. The window view faces Marienplatz and the Viktualienmarkt. The room I have to offer gives you both a beautiful morning and night scenery whether with a cup of morning coffee or a glass of wine of Munich's altstadt. WIthin 5 minutes walk are restaurants and bars that are popular for both locals and tourists, with really reasonable pricing. Public transport is absolute best. You are 5-10 minute-walk away from all the train, trams and bus systems since all roads in Munich lead to Marienplatz. So no over-crowd, no loud traffic noises and you'll be 15 minutes away from 70% of Munich inner city attractions What you will love about this neighborhood? The neighborhood is called Alt-stadt. For those of you who are new to Germany or Europe, the Old Town (Altstadt) is where all the activities and touristic places are. My place is on the top floor, and my building were recently renovated so you will have the locational convenience and the privacy/quietness the area has to offer.
